Qualifications

• MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.
• Ability to showcase exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop regularly.
• Must lift/carry/push/pull items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly.
• Able to work in extreme conditions and in small spaces.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a smile through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in (boarding, baggage, reservations, complaints).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and delivery.
