Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for a passenger services role at our New York area location. You will assist passengers from arrival through check-in, including special accommodations, and coordinate ticketing, boarding, and baggage handling using our computerized system.

The position offers full-time hours as part of a growing team with benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs and mobility tasks.
• Working conditions include rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair passengers.
• Handle all ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations, and related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to arrange wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the role’s skill and experience.
• Complete work safely following company standards and report safety incidents per policy.
