Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking friendly customer service agents to assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and queries. No experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Responsibilities include guiding passengers through the airport processes, assisting with special needs, and maintaining safety procedures. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are ready for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities.
• Complete work safely and report safety incidents and hazards per policy.
