Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking customer service associates to support arrivals, check-in, and boarding at the airport. You will assist passengers with a friendly welcome and handle ticketing, baggage, and reservations through a computerized system.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. The role includes standing/walking in outdoor conditions, rotating shifts, and opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days, with full-time hours starting at 30 per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service to passengers and handling tickets and boarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and related queries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report hazards and incidents promptly.
