Responsibilities

• Communicates facts to clients regarding fares, prices, schedules, routings, and travel documents in a courteous voice.
• Resolves consumer conflicts involving the carrier.
• Arranges for ticketing and other services.
• Notifies clients of flight irregularities and schedule changes.
• Assists corporate employees with enterprise travel arrangements.
• Operates computer terminal to access and input information.
• Sells consultatively.
