Job summary

GOTAFE in Tampa, FL is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents are current and validated with Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, authorize forms, drug tests, background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker until cleared to start.

You will enter and manage background checks, ensure E-Verify compliance, provide front office service by phone and reception, and handle office supplies and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet, including authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements such as expired documents and compliance.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
