Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a bilingual customer service representative in South Carolina. You will handle outbound calls to discuss account status, payment options, and balances in Spanish and English.

The schedule is Mon-Thurs from 9AM-8PM, and the role is Temp to Hire/Direct Hire, starting October 5th. The pay rate is $20-$21 per hour and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong and effective phone communication skills.
• Experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to discuss account status with customers.
• Explain payment options and resolve outstanding balances.
