Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a customer service professional to manage complex consumer accounts via inbound and outbound communications, focusing on timely resolutions and exceptional service. The role includes negotiating payment arrangements and handling multiple channels (phone, email, chat, text).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex consumer accounts through inbound and outbound communications, working to achieve timely and effective account resolution.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlement agreements, and dispute resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle consumer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and text, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Serve as a resource for escalated customer situations, exercising sound judgment and making independent decisions to support positive outcomes.

Maintain strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload effectively while supporting team objectives and changing business needs.
