No prior insurance experience is required, but candidates must be motivated to learn and pursue the NC insurance license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person.
• Willingness and ability to obtain the required North Carolina insurance license.
• Interest in both customer service and sales.

Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a Spanish/English Bilingual Account Representative to help customers with their insurance needs, provide outstanding service, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

This is a customer service and sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and communicating confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Previous insurance experience is not required; candidates who are motivated to learn and can obtain the required North Carolina insurance license are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

Helpful

• Familiarity with Auto, Home, Renters, or other personal insurance products
• An active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
