Gina Gonzalez State Farm is seeking a customer-focused, bilingual Insurance Account Manager who is equally passionate about delivering exceptional service and growing customer relationships through insurance sales.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and confident transitioning from customer service conversations into needs-based sales opportunities.

Licensing Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensing are required for this position.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained before your Day 1 start date.
• Life & Health licenses are also required and must be obtained within the agency's established timeframe.
• Full licensing support, study guidance, and resources are provided.
• Already licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Retention

• Provide exceptional service to English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct policy reviews and proactively follow up with customers.
• Build strong relationships that promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Insurance Sales & Account Growth

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Confidently transition service conversations into sales opportunities.
• Overcome objections, ask for the business, and work toward established sales goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
