Dan Heiman State Farm Agency in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Account Representative to assist customers with insurance questions, updates, and quotes, while delivering top-tier service. This in-office role emphasizes relationship-building and the growth of cross-sell opportunities.

No prior insurance experience is required, but candidates must be motivated to learn and pursue the NC insurance license.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person.
• Willingness and ability to obtain the required North Carolina insurance license.
• Interest in both customer service and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions about their insurance policies.
• Help customers with policy updates, account changes, and service requests.
• Explain insurance options and help customers understand their coverage needs.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage.
• Build lasting customer relationships through helpful, professional communication.
• Support the agency's sales and service goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
