Rent-A-Center, Inc. is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive account performance, and support growth through strong relationships. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and servicing accounts both in-store and in customers’ homes.

The position emphasizes safety, showroom maintenance, and adherence to company guidelines, with a starting hourly rate and opportunities for advancement within the RAC framework.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines
