Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to handle an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and driving additional sales. You will complete deliveries and pickups, maintain showroom standards, and conduct early-stage collections as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

This full-time role includes weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving account health targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
