Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager who will manage rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive account performance. You will perform deliveries and pickups, build relationships, and help grow sales while adhering to company values.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
