Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of rental accounts and deliver exceptional service. You will sell products, drive account performance, handle deliveries and pickups, and build strong customer relationships in line with RAC's mission and values.

The role involves in-store and on-site work with a focus on collections, payments, and account health, while supporting sales growth and maintaining store standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
