Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance.

The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections to maintain healthy accounts and growth in rental agreements. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
