Republic Finance in El Paso, TX, seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to train 18–24 months and advance to Branch Manager. You will lead loan discussions, educate customers on products, and support sales goals while relocating for promotion when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial goals and loan products.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Handle loan applications, risk analysis, and credit decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
