Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). You will train 18–24 months and then manage your own branch, with internal promotions and relocation support.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loans, educate on lending services, and assist with the loan process while supporting sales goals and core values. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance with employer contribution, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Preferred majors: Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist loan applications and guide customers through the process.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
