• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Experience leading operations with P&L ownership and client management.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive actions from Tableau/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership for system operations, P&L, and SLAs.
• Build trusted client and partner relationships and drive market growth.
• Lead and develop operations team to meet safety, logistics, and performance KPIs.
• Monitor performance reporting and ensure adherence to Motivate standards.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget with monthly P&L reporting.
