Job summary

Veryable is seeking a General Manager for the Greater Washington DC Market to lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing local team. This on-site leadership role requires deep domain experience in logistics, manufacturing, and strategic market development to scale the DC/Baltimore region.

The GM will own P&L, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with market leaders on go-to-market strategies and operational excellence.

Leadership experience - e.g. leading teams directly, cross functional projects.

Responsibilities

Promote and enforce company values, reputation, and culture.
Manage day-to-day operations of the business in the Greater Washington DC district and oversee P&L.
Drive top line growth in accordance with the growth plan.
Recruit, hire, and develop new team members as trajectory requires.
Develop market entry and growth strategy and supporting marketing initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with strategic accounts and partnerships to enable growth.
Oversee operational issues and ensure quick and effective resolution.
