Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Drive overall store profitability and optimize workflows.
• Build, train, and mentor the store team.

• Ensure 100% ERP accuracy and lead loss prevention.
• Own the full bike readiness cycle, ensuring compliance.
• Analyze data and provide KPI reports to leadership.
