Qualifications

• Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate customer service and sell through customer engagement in Bike Department.
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards.
• Interact with customers showing passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty, private-label cards, and promotions.
• Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Build and repair bikes and assist with assembly of exercise equipment.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage to standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
• Support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
