Job summary

Trek Store Gig Harbor is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center, owning workflow, staffing, and KPIs to deliver Trek's hospitality and the best possible customer experience.

You will be the primary service advisor, train and develop the team, manage costs, keep orders organized, and ensure bikes are built and delivered to sales and customers, with strong communication driving the shop's success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop the team; lead shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's Service Center operations and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary service advisor integrating sales and service.
• Manage service costs and write/track service work orders.
• Ensure a clean, efficient department and timely bike builds for sales floor.
• Provide strong leadership and training to grow future leaders.
