Job summary

At Trek Retail Corporation, Trek Store San Antonio North seeks a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center. You’ll oversee workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPI performance to deliver Trek’s hospitality and top-notch service.

You’ll be the primary service advisor, train your team, manage relationships with customers, and ensure service orders are accurate, timely, and profitable, while aligning service and sales goals for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Ability to coordinate service and sales integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead store Service Center operations and staffing.
• Oversee workflow and KPIs to ensure customer experience.
• Write more than 50% of work orders.
• Manage service costs and department cleanliness.
