• Bike shop / Bike mechanic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with the ability to interact with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet riders and identify their needs, offering options from a service menu or tune-ups.
• Explain technical matters clearly and act as a brand expert for in-store service.
• Take in service work, schedule repairs, and maintain rider expectations.
• Assist with bike sales and stay current on product knowledge.
