Qualifications

• Bike shop or bike mechanic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert bike service and maintenance to riders.
• Identify parts, services, and experiences needed and guide customers accordingly.
• Take in service work orders, schedule repairs, and track progress.
• Assist with bike sales through technical consulting on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper store operation throughout the day.
