Job summary

Trek Store Beverly Hills is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and keep customers riding with confidence. You will troubleshoot repairs, install accessories, and handle on-site service, including early access to new models. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and support the Service Manager in their absence.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to learning the latest service techniques for a wide range of bicycles.

• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
