Trek Store Springfield is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service center operations, coordinating workflow, staffing, and KPIs to ensure every customer receives Trek’s renowned hospitality.

You will be the primary service advisor, blending sales and service while coaching the team and managing costs. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to drive performance and a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate teammates.
• Ability to plan ahead and anticipate shop needs.
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service center operations and be accountable for workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service experiences.
• Train and develop the service team, ensuring high standards.
• Write more than 50% of the shop's work orders.
• Manage service costs and keep orders organized.
