Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary service advisor, integrating sales and service.
• Train and lead shop team to deliver Trek hospitality.
• Manage service costs and keep service orders organized.
• Ensure bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor and customers.
• Write more than 50% of the work orders for the shop.
