Job summary

Trek Bikes is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor at the Trek Store Ventura to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and service on-the-spot. You’ll install accessories, get hands on with new models, and build lasting relationships with customers in a friendly, hospitality-driven environment.

We value excellent customer service, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be the face of the service team when the manager isn’t present, contributing to a supportive, team-oriented shop

Qualifications

• Demonstrates stellar customer service chops and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs.
• Exhibits leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Get hands on with brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
