Columbia River Plumbing is seeking a Sales Associate to streamline the bid and sales pipeline. You will manage lead tracking, bid folders, quote requests, and post-award follow-up to accelerate revenue-generating activity.

The role requires maintaining timely follow-ups and adhering to a structured sales process under tight deadlines. Office-based position with emphasis on organized documentation, proactive communication with estimating teams, and protecting leadership time by handling routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years in sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
• Experience with bid processes, quotes, or contract coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize bid folders within 24 hours of lead assignment.
• Track and follow up on active leads and bids within 24 hours.
• Request and log quotes from vendors to support estimating.
• Maintain sale binder and bid folder process for quick access.
• Escalate stalled bids before deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
