The Sales Coordinator owns the administrative backbone of Columbia River Plumbing's bid and sales pipeline, from lead tracking through bid folder creation, quote requests, and post-award follow-up. This role exists to remove administrative and coordination work from the estimating and sales function so that revenue-generating activity moves faster and nothing falls through the cracks. The Sales Coordinator works under tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment, keeping bids, quotes, and follow-ups organized and on schedule. Success in this role means having bid folders ready within 24 hours, maintaining consistent lead follow-up, and following a structured sales process that keeps opportunities organized and moving forward.

This role is primarily office-based and requires the ability to sit or stand at a workstation and use a computer for extended periods. The Sales Coordinator should be able to move safely and efficiently through an office environment that includes shared workstations, filing areas, and printed plan storage.
