Job summary

Service Electric Company, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department across the lifecycle of bid proposals. The role involves coordinating activities and managing tasks within the proposal process.

You will work with estimating, program management, and marketing to develop bid deliverables, ensure client requirements are met, and maintain bid documentation, files, and communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting bid and proposal development.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain bid data in company systems and update changes.
• Coordinate procurement sites used by customers.
• Serve as central point of contact for bid activities.
• Collaborate with estimating, program management, and marketing.
• Review proposals for client requirements and accuracy.
• Organize bid files and complete prequalification packages.
• Prepare meeting minutes and manage mailings.
• Submit contracts to Legal for evaluation.
