Job summary

Irby Construction Company, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to organize, develop, and deliver competitive proposals across transmission, distribution, substation, BESS, and data center projects.

Partnering with Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Safety, and Business Development, you will oversee proposal requirements, writing, document control, and submission timelines to ensure high-quality bids.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction or engineering proposals, technical writing, or complex bid submissions.
• Experience supporting utility, energy storage, or data center pursuits is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal pursuits across transmission, distribution, substation, BESS, and data center projects from solicitation through final submission.
• Review RFQs, bid invitations, and specs to identify required responses and deadlines.
• Gather technical inputs from estimators, engineers, and ops leaders and develop clear proposal narratives.
