Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a Proposal Coordinator to develop timely, high-quality proposals and marketing materials. You’ll work with Managers and Business Development to vet opportunities on government procurement sites and manage the full proposal process from drafting to production.

The role emphasizes adherence to company standards, collaboration with stakeholders, and ability to navigate diverse procurement portals to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with 3 years of experience in technical writing or proposal writing, preferred.
• Two-year Associates Degree or seven (7) or more years of work experience in business/government environments.
• Federal government proposal experience required.
• Shipley or equivalent proposal processes and compliance knowledge.
• Experience reading government RFPs/RFQs/Sources Sought/RFI.
• Ability to pass a background check; possible additional checks by projects/clients.

Responsibilities

• Create layout, formatting, and design of proposals per government requirements.
• Draft introduction, overview, project approach, and cover letters.
• Manage entire proposal process including capture, color team reviews, and production.
• Synthesize materials into a client-ready package.
• Navigate procurement websites to identify opportunities and evaluate bids.
• Coordinate with subs and primes to gather data.
