Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, estimating support, or coordination experience.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Compass, Procore, Building Connected, SharePoint, On-Screen Takeoff, Destini Estimating and Sage Timberline.

Responsibilities

• Set up bid files in Procore and SharePoint/OneDrive and timestamp/track incoming plans, specs, and docs.
• Support preconstruction with bid solicitation, plan/spec distribution, printing needs, and filing of preconstruction docs; maintain subcontractor database in Building Connected.
• Track responses, addenda, and subcontractor communications.
• Assist with scope reviews and proposal assembly.
• Identify and prequalify new subcontractors with Prequalification Coordinator.
• Become proficient in Building Connected, Compass, SharePoint, and Procore to support logistics.
