Job summary

Lemartec in Miami, FL is seeking a highly organized Bid Clerk to support our Preconstruction and Estimating team. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractor outreach, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring timely preconstruction deliverables.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids concurrently. A business-related AA/AS is preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a background in construction or procurement being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed 50–60 WPM with good accuracy.
• No prior legal experience required; experience in bid/procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support bid management and coordination throughout the bidding process.
• Set up and maintain project folders, bid invitations, and internal tracking systems.
• Track bid milestones, subcontractor participation, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with estimators to understand trade coverage and outreach needs.
• Assist with bid day activities and ensure information is readily available.
