Job summary

Menemsha Solutions is seeking a Subcontractor Bid Coordinator to support estimating and project teams. The role focuses on securing subcontractor coverage through extensive phone outreach and follow-up to ensure timely bids for projects.

The position requires basic construction knowledge and the ability to read construction documents, with a high school diploma or higher. Telesales experience is preferred; a college degree is a plus. Office-based environment with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Telesales Experience preferred.
• Basic Construction knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read construction documents/blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates activities to obtain subcontractor bid coverage.
• Reports to Lead Bid Coordinator and works with Estimating and Project teams.
• 80% of the job is phone solicitation and follow-up for subcontractor coverage.
• Prepare construction documents and distribute to vendors/subcontractors.
• Identify subcontractor requirements and solicit accordingly.
• Ensure timely responses and bid submission before due dates.
