Job summary

PacificSource in Bend, OR is seeking a Software Developer II, Business Intelligence for Medical Management to design, develop, and implement BI solutions across multiple data sources. You will build standardized reports, support end users, and contribute to data quality initiatives.

Work with Epic Payer Platform/Tapestry, Databricks, SQL Server, Tableau, and Power BI to meet business needs while collaborating with IT and business partners. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of software development and analysis in a business environment.
Experience with Epic Payer Platform/Tapestry and healthcare systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develop standardized parameterized reports using COTS reporting tools from multiple data sources.
Support end users on the use of reports and reporting tools.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and participate in data quality enhancements.
Design and implement BI models, stick to project plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.
