Job summary

Powers Health in Munster, Indiana seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, test, and support Epic and other reporting solutions. You will develop reports and data extracts using SQL, Crystal Reports, and MS Access, ensuring accuracy and security in a healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with business analysts and end users to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions, support system upgrades, and contribute to data integrity and production deployments.

Qualifications

Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant reporting/BI experience.
Epic Cogito certification required or to be completed within six months of placement.
Experience with Epic reporting environments or healthcare reporting desired.
Strong knowledge of data sources, privacy, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, data extracts, and reporting solutions.
Retrieve, analyze, validate, and present data using SQL and reporting tools.
Support reporting requests with testing, documentation, and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
