Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Developer II - Business Intelligence to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. You will create data models, marts, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making, working with stakeholders and leadership.

The role requires 2 years SQL, 4 years data modeling and reporting experience, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik. Epic Clarity training/certifications will be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience required.
• 2 years SQL query development required.
• 2 years data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar software required.
• 4 years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis required.
• 1 year Crystal Reports development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions to support data-driven decisions.
• Create data models, marts, reports, and dashboards meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to govern BI solutions.
• Support electronic medical record BI data models, functions, and reports; assist with software upgrades.
