PacificSource is seeking a software development and analysis professional to build standardized reports and BI solutions for internal departments and external partners in Bend, Oregon. The role focuses on data integration from multiple sources, troubleshooting, and enhancing information quality to support business goals.

Responsibilities include designing data models, collaborating with IT and business teams, and guiding users on reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL Server-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development and analysis in a business environment.
• Experience with Epic Payer Platform/Tapestry, Databricks, TriZetto Facets, and healthcare data integrations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with debugging, programming tools, Transact-SQL, MS Office, flowcharting, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized parameterized reports from multiple data sources.
• Support end users on reports and reporting tools.
• Improve data quality and simplify data structures.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements using LEAN.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and data inconsistencies.
• Design multi-dimensional models to meet business requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Develop and configure mission-critical applications and web portals.
• Train users in technical aspects of systems.
• Assist in vendor management and relationships.
