Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a software development and analytics professional to enhance our BI reporting environment. You will design and implement reports from multiple data sources, optimize data quality, and participate in LEAN-driven operational improvements across IT and business teams.

You will work with Epic Payer Platform/Tapestry, Databricks, SQL Server, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver value. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, a CS degree, and strong SQL

Qualifications

3+ years of software development and analysis in a business environment.
Healthcare insurance systems experience (Medicaid/Medicare) preferred.
Knowledge includes debugging, software installation, programming development tools, Transact-SQL, MS Visual Studio, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.

Responsibilities

Develop standardized parameterized reports using COTS reporting tools from multiple data sources.
Support end users on the use of reports and reporting tools.
Participate in design and implementation of data models and cubes to meet business requirements.
Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and applications.
Develop, program, and configure mission-critical applications and/or web portals.
Provide training and input to departments on system capabilities.
