Job summary

Net Health, a leading SaaS provider in healthcare, seeks a Business Intelligence Developer II to build and maintain Power BI reports and production dashboards for the Value-Based Care Solutions (VBCS) team. You will own day-to-day development from data model design to published reports, and collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Owners in an AI-first environment.

We require 4+ years in BI or data engineering, strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, Power Query), and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data engineering.
Strong, current, hands-on Power BI development experience: data modeling, DAX, Power Query.
Experience building and maintaining Azure Data Factory pipelines.
Familiarity with Databricks (running and maintaining notebooks, working in Repos).
Strong SQL against relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar).

Responsibilities

Power BI Development: design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models with maintainable DAX and Power Query.
Data Pipelines and Production Reporting: run production reporting, manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, and deliver reports.
Data Modeling and Quality: design/maintain SQL tables, views, and datasets, ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration and Delivery: work in Agile/Scrum with engineers and product owners; translate requirements into BI deliverables.
