Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a skilled software developer/analyst to provide information system solutions to internal departments and partners. You will analyze requirements, design, implement, and support BI reports and data integrations across multiple data sources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimization of data structures, and adherence to HIPAA and privacy policies while delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development and analysis in a business environment.
• Experience with Epic Payer Platform/Tapestry, Databricks, TriZetto Facets, and enterprise-wide integration appreciated.
• Programming in VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#. Advanced experience with databases, SSIS and SQL stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized parameterized reports using COTS reporting tools from multiple data sources.
• Support end users on reports and reporting tools.
• Participate in data quality improvement and LEAN process initiatives.
• Design and implement multi-dimensional models to meet business requirements.
• Liaise with IT staff to improve system efficiency, security, and functionality.
