Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and analytics for Customer Success leadership. You will drive insights to support retention and expansion, partnering with senior stakeholders and managing a small BI team across time zones.

You will be hands-on with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization, while mentoring others and shaping BI strategy within a major transformation program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI and data visualization in SaaS settings.
• Strong business acumen with SaaS metrics and customer success focus.
• Deep Power BI expertise required; other analytics skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Lead a BI team across time zones; provide direction and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Ops to drive insights.
• Partner with data teams to automate data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Explor e AI/LLM techniques to surface insights from dashboards.
