Job summary

Proofpoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead Power BI dashboards for Customer Success leadership and drive critical business decisions.

You will mentor a small BI team across time zones, partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations, and ensure data integrity across reporting systems while pushing advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to power retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI and data visualization, SaaS preferred.
• Power BI expertise is required.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts across time zones; prioritize and guide technical work.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights.
• Triage analytics requests and drive end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives.
