Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Manager, BI in the Customer Office to lead the design and development of advanced Power BI dashboards and drive analysis to support Customer Success leadership in retaining customers and guiding expansion. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a small BI team across time zones, and provide technical direction, mentorship, and prioritization to deliver value quickly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI and data visualization, preferably SaaS.
• Deep Power BI expertise and ability to lead BI initiatives.
• Strong SQL and Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, DAX, VBA).
• Experience with Salesforce data models and cloud data platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Lead a BI team across time zones with mentorship.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Ops for data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrate data from CRM, Finance, CS platforms.
• Explore AI/LLM integrations to surface insights.
