Job summary

Allstate Zee Agency in Plano, TX is seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to sell Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters policies. This high-income role offers a solid base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

You will train in-office for six months, then transition to a hybrid schedule with a remote option after meeting production goals. Requires P&C license and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and able to communicate clearly with clients.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance is REQUIRED.
• Experience in insurance sales, preferably Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance.
• Aggressive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and work toward quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base compensation up to $40,000*
• Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually
• Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding
• After 6 months: Hybrid agreed upon schedule
• After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option
