Job summary

Allstate Rockwallis seeking a Licensed Bilingual Insurance Sales & Service Executive to convert agency-provided leads into Property & Casualty policies and to grow a book of business in Rockwall, Texas. You will close deals, cross-sell to existing accounts, and deliver outstanding service that earns referrals.

Top performers earn $100K+ with a base-plus-commission structure supported by strong marketing and continuous training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals (insurance sales preferred).
• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking.
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for helping customers protect what matters.
